Bulwagga Anchors are warrantied for the lifetime and warranty is transferable*. Warranty includes any bending or deformation of the anchor assuming that anchor is sized according to Solareks sizing chart that is up-to-date at the time of selection where anchor is used according to user guide and anchor specifications.

If Bulwagga anchor or manufacturing workmanship are found to be defective, Solareks will either replace the defected anchor or refund the product including freight except of import duty**.

*The lifetime warranty applies to second and third hand owner. To make warranty valid for new owner original warranty card should be filled in and send to contact@bulwaggaanchor.com. It is very hard to determine the history of the anchor, thats why high quality of anchor photos should be taken and send to us to make the warranty valid. If anchor is not damaged and not repaired warranty will be valid for new owner. Every anchor has its original serial number (Production number) where datas are kept by us. Those photos will be chained as well as original warranty card. At last Solareks company will send to new owner signed warranty card by email. Process is same for third owner.

** Import duty appears after 30 kg of products in USA depending on country import regulations, Size 1-2-3-4 packs are below than 30 kg.

- Faults and damaged by not using the anchor according to Solareks sizing chart that is valid while Purchasing anchor
- Faults and damage caused by using the Bulwagga anchor outside of the user guide and product specifications. Repair of damage including the anchor, property and personel injury that occured because of faulty usage is not covered by that warranty under no circumstances.
- Faults and damage caused because of any modifications that is done by unauthorized third party. If customer consults with us about modifications by e-mail where modification is accepted by us and done according to our guides warranty will be valid contact@bulwaggaanchor.com.
- Faults and damage caused by poor quality of any accessories that is not approved by us.
- Other faults, damages to property , personal injury that is related to using anchor in faulty usage, including accident, abuse, misuse, failure of not doing regular maintenance & repairs of anchor equipments is not covered by the warranty.
- Import duties** are not covered by this warranty where freight cost is covered.
- Galvanize may remove after some time of usage in sea water conditions and corrosion may appear, this is not covered by warranty. Product can be hot dip galvanized again by the hot dip galvanizing companies. You can reach companies by The American Galvanizers Association (AGA) web page https://galvanizeit.org/. Regalvanizing is a common method to increase useful life of anchor.
- Scratches on surface of anchor that occurs while anchoring is not covered by that warranty. - Cost of installation, removal, labor freight and similar related costs any incidental or consequential damages occurs during installation and removal.
- Damages caused by violation of marine codes or restrictions.
- Damage attributed to fire, violent storms,earthquake, tsunami (seismic sea wave) or conditions other than natural weathering processes.

If you have a warranty claim or not satisfied by bulwagga anchor you have rights to have new bulwagga anchor or have payment back including freight. For that issue contact us by email or Whatsapp that is written on webpage.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under any consumer guarantees at law or other legislation applicable to the place of sale which may not be excluded or limited.
